Starlane Transfer Terms of Use and Service Conditions
Service Description: Starlane Transfer provides VIP transfer and chauffeur-driven car rental services in Antalya and its surrounding regions.
Booking and Confirmation: Reservations made through our website are considered finalized only after a confirmation email or WhatsApp message has been sent by our team.
Pricing: The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT. Parking fees, tunnel, and bridge tolls are included in our prices (unless stated otherwise).
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the last 24 hours.
Flight Delays: We provide complimentary flight tracking. No additional fees will be charged for delays caused by your flight; however, we kindly request that you share any known delay information with us.
Baggage and Passenger Capacity: We do not accept passengers or baggage exceeding the vehicle's capacity. It is mandatory to comply with the capacity limits specified during the booking process.
